Due to the potential risks posed by the COVID-19 coronavirus, we are postponing our March 19th annual meeting.
Since many of our members vote by mail-in ballot, we are proceeding with the voting process on the budget, Board of Directors, and membership dues. We are extending the postmark deadline for mail-in ballots to Friday, March 27th. In lieu of nominations for Board members from the floor at the meeting, we are requesting write-in votes be made. Attached is the official ballot.
We are working with the DoubleTree on rescheduling the annual meeting as soon as possible in May or June. The membership will be informed of the new date in a timely manner.
The proposed by-law changes will be presented and voted on at the rescheduled annual meeting.
If you are a member, please download the ballot using the link below, complete it and mail it in or bring it to the annual meeting. If you mail the ballot it must be postmarked by Thursday March 19, 2020. Your name and return address must be clearly marked on the outside envelope to be counted.
